Breakfast is amazing with made-to-order options. The room we had was a bit worn with inconsistent decor. Great location near walking tours and good restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the made-to-order omelets. WiFi was spotty and could use improvement. Location is great for walking tours and just a few blocks from downtown. Cozy room with a fireplace, but the bathroom was a bit cramped.

I absolutely loved how this hotel was just a short walk from downtown Santa Fe where I could easily stroll to the Plaza and explore the amazing shops breweries and restaurants nearby like Chili Line Brewing and Pizzeria Da Lino plus it was also super convenient to visit fantastic museums like the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum and the New Mexico History Museum all within 1 kilometer so I really enjoyed soaking in the local art and culture without needing a car while the rooms were comfy and clean with nice amenities but the breakfast options could use a bit more variety.

The casita offered a charming, rustic experience with uneven floors adding character. The fireplace created a cozy atmosphere, perfect for chilly evenings. The bed felt hard, but it was manageable. We appreciated having a kitchenette, albeit crooked, which fit the quirky charm. The dark room had some maintenance issues, like peeling paint and curtains that needed repair. Breakfast took time, but the blue corn pancakes were delightful. The location was ideal for walking to nearby attractions. Staff was flexible, moving us to a better room after initial concerns.

Charming environment, cozy rooms with a beautiful kiva fireplace and a delicious made-to-order breakfast that was included with our stay.

    For us it was ideal.

The breakfast is a homemade feast that the staff serves with smiles. The cozy tree-filled lobby and unique room access create a charming vibe that feels like home.

I had to google how to set up a fire in the kiva.

The adobe-style decor added a charming touch to the ambiance. The breakfast was indeed fantastic, with a special mention to the lovely staff who served us. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the plaza and various restaurants. One thing that could be improved is that it would have been nice to have a small table outside our cottage to sit at. We ended up using another cottage's table, as ours lacked one. the street lamp outside our window allowed too much light in at night, making it difficult to sleep. Upgrading the blinds or adding a curtain could remedy this issue. The amenities such as the ironing facilities, free toiletries, and flat-screen TV were appreciated. The lack of a complete glass door in the shower led to water spilling onto the floor, requiring us to use extra towels. The shower handle also needed repair as it kept spinning.

The room I got had a fireplace that smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The burnt wood odor was overwhelming, and it made my stay uncomfortable. It was really disappointing, especially since I was expecting a cozy vibe.

The room was cozy and had a nice fireplace which made it feel more special on chilly nights you could walk to many attractions and get food without needing to drive

It wasn't cheap but still suitable for the experience and location

Charming and unique layout. Each room is a private casita. The adobe style is inviting yet comfortable-nothing ostentatious. The owner's involvement adds a personal touch. Breakfast is exceptional, made to order and a real highlight. the internet is a significant issue, particularly for business travelers. If you rely on a VPN, look elsewhere. Room 26 had some noise issues from above, which disrupted sleep. Parking can be tricky; be cautious of larger vehicles. Maintenance concerns were addressed promptly by the staff, who were friendly and helpful. Would stay again, but these aspects require attention.

Charming, rustic rooms decked with original art and a kiva fireplace create a unique atmosphere. Breakfast was a daily highlight, offering made-to-order options and plenty of coffee varieties. Unfortunately, the TV and AC were problematic during my stay, and the surprise room change came with its own issues. I was disappointed by the smaller gas fireplace instead of the expected kiva, and the fridge had leftovers from previous guests, which wasn't ideal. Still, the location is convenient, and the pet-friendly policy is a nice touch, but at $360 a night, I expected a more polished experience.

The breakfast burritos smothered in chile were out of this world! The staff made me feel like family with their genuine warmth. I loved unwinding in the beautiful garden area after a fun day of live entertainment.

    Can't recommend highly enough! ❤️😍

I felt like I stumbled into a bohemian fairytale with quirky treasures from around the globe, while the historic adobe buildings whisked me into a serene and artistic bubble. It was a cozy hideaway for my daydreams.

I loved the daily treasure hunt for missing items from my room.

It was a mesmerizing experience for our whole family, filled with immersive multimedia that transported us to another world.

My wife says that the hotel should provide more children's activities.

On our city trip, we loved the charming vibe of the hotel, offering unique rooms with outdoor spaces for enjoying the weather. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with custom-made options to start the day right. Plus, the location was spot on, just a short walk to downtown, surrounded by top-notch restaurants and shops.

Cleanliness fell short compared to previous visits. The room showed signs of neglect, with mildew stains in the bathroom and dirty lampshades.

we loved the individual condo like rooms that Las Palomas has to offer. our studio with a fireplace was so nice and the breakfasts were yummy! they allowed our little beagle to enjoy all the areas within the complex and even had a treat bag waiting for her when we checked in. the location is an easy walk to the plaza shops and restaurants. will definitely be coming back in the future!

    Nothing to fault! 😊

The breakfast was delicious, with a varied menu and individual cooking. The location was fantastic, just a few blocks from the plaza. The beds were super comfy!

The internet was non-existent and the breakfast lacked healthy options for vegans and vegetarians. The room needed some maintenance, with broken furniture and worn-out carpets.

The spacious rooms were perfect for our squad after a day of hitting up the rabbit hole for a trippy adventure and crushing some world, class skiing with sick views. Breakfast was fab, and we chilled on the patio soaking up the morning rays. Can't wait to come back for more epic times!

Would've been even better with a late, night gaming lounge for some after, hours fun.

As business travelers, we loved the charming rooms with sitting areas and fireplaces. The location was perfect for exploring the historic part of the city, and the friendly front desk staff were always helpful. The deluxe continental breakfast and great espresso drinks were a nice touch, and the cozy dining room added to the ambience. The two-room suite with a kitchenette and comfy sofa was perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Felt like it was our own home, nothing too much trouble.
